Our plasma cutting process is CNC driven, capable of faster cutting speeds. Our facility operates four high definition plasma cutting machines that are capable of quickly producing high quality profiles.
Our CNC driven Oxy-fuel multi-headed burning machines are capable of fast cutting speeds and accuracy of +/- 1/16". This is coupled with highly skilled employees to run the machines.
Canadian Plate’s beveling capability allows us to produce a variety of bevels across a range of thicknesses. Our advanced processes do not allow thermal distortion during beveling.
Canadian Plate & Profiles Inc. is well resourced with in-house experienced CAD technicians. We handle drawings, sketches and any other type work samples to produce CNC ready drawings for profile cutting to any specification.
