Oxy Fuel Cutting

We have multiple torch oxy-fuel machines for rapid burning operation. Combined with our in-house CAD system, our burning operations ensure a cost-effective process.  All our burning equipment are CNC driven able to automatically download cutting programs including nested files.

Our Oxy burning tables are capable of handling plate sizes of 120″ wide by 480″ long. Our capacity for plate thickness range is up to 8 inches thick.

With multi-headed burning machines as well as skilled employees, we are able to process large volumes of plates resulting in improved lead times.

Our custom burning processes are complemented by both in-house and controlled outsourced processes such as:

Blanchard grinding
Beveling
Machining
Bending, etc
