Plasma Cutting

Plasma cutting is a fast cutting process for carbon steel with narrow cutting slots that minimizes distortion by limiting heat to smaller areas. Its cut is cleaner minimizing a need to remove burrs by grinding.

Plasma cutting increases production with more consistent cut quality every time for thicknesses lower than 2″ thick. 

Our plasma burning process is CNC driven, capable of faster cutting speeds resulting in low overhead cost.  We have large table able to accommodate large sizes of 120 ” wide by 480″ long plates.

Our skilled employees supported by dedicated CAD technicians and committed inspectors, ensure that quality products are delivered to our customers in a timely manner.

Our Oxy burning tables are capable of handling plate sizes of 120″ wide by 480″ long. Our capacity for plate thickness range is up to 8 inches thick.

Our custom burning processes are complemented by both in-house and controlled outsourced processes such as:

Blanchard grinding
Beveling
Machining
Bending, etc
